Here’s what this ’70s hero had to say about Varun Dhawan-Natasha Dalal tying the knot | Hindi Movie News

Varun Dhawan has tied the knot with his childhood sweetheart, Natasha Dalal on January 24 in Alibaug. Needless to add, wishes are flowing from everywhere – be it his fans, fraternity and family members. Throughout the reportage ever since it came to light that the couple were getting married at Alibaug, his uncle, actor Anil Dhawan has been speaking for the Dhawan family.

In an interview with an entertainment website, Anil Dhawan mentioned that it was the last wedding for the family from Varun’s generation. He added that the circle completes as Varun’s elder brother Rohit Dhawan is married, his children are married as well as his elder brother’s children are also married. Earlier, in an interview with Bombay Times, he was all praises for Varun and Natasha. He said, “Varun is a very disciplined child. We give our advice and he respects it. Natasha is a sweet girl and has a knack for keeping a family happy together.” Anil Dhawan is a popular hero from the seventies with films like ‘Chetna’ and ‘Piya Ka Ghar’ to his credit. He was last seen with his nephew in the recent release ‘Coolie No. 1’, which was directed by brother, David Dhawan.

Varun-Natasha, it seems, has not only left Dhawan Senior impressed, but also the paparazzi who were waiting outside the exclusive bungalow to get a glimpse of the newly-wed. Reports state that as soon as the wedding ceremonies were completed, a member from the actor’s team distributed food and sweets among the media people. The couple then made their first public appearance as husband-wife, looking stunning in matching outfits. While Varun wore an embellished blue and white sherwani with matching moccasins, Natasha wore a heavily embellished lehenga teamed up with a matching blouse and dupatta.
