Hello folks. I’m doing some consulting for a restaurant group that currently has 15 locations and looking to expand to ~100 and they need a training/learning solution. I’m curious if any experienced developers, PM’s in this space would mind shooting a ‘from the hip’ $X – $XXX estimate on a non-public/no pay, LMS with the following specs:
Industry: Restaurant
Platform: WordPress, BuddyBoss, LearnDash, Gamipress
Number of roles: 10 (various permissions and course viewing)
Number of users/employees to enroll: 250 (current), scalable to 2000+
Number of Courses: 40-50 (Each course includes an average of: ~20 Lessons, ~10 Trainer led activities, 10 quizzes)
Document repository: Courses all link to approximately 200 various SOPs and 50 internal policies throughout
Custom H5P content: Approximately 100 Drag/Drop, interactive content learning modules for learning assembly of food/drink offerings
Custom reporting: measures ‘score’ of employee as they progress through assigned courses. Those scores then roll up into a cumulative ‘restaurant’ score of all employees scores at each location.
Employee profiles: employees can update their profiles with food service certificate/permits pictures and expiration dates.
Course Content: All courses need to be authored/scripted from existing material in aforementioned document repository
