Until then, it’s all New Zealand as the Blues host the Highlanders in front of a packed crowd at Eden Park.

The Blues and Highlanders were two of three undefeated sides in Super Rugby Trans Tasman, but the Crusaders – five time champions – missed the final because of less bonus points.

Veteran All Blacks halfback Aaron Smith has is the key man for the Highlanders as he attempts to guide the Otago-based side to their first Super Rugby title since he and Lima Sopoaga spearheaded their 2015 charge.

The Blues have lost key forwards Tom Robinson and Ofa Tuungafasi.
